Rd&amp T (Refrigeration Developments and Testing) was set up in August 2009 to provide a design development and testing service for the refrigeration industry. The company currently consists of the four Directors and one technician. Although hugely experienced in their field of work this is the first business venture for the four Directors. The work will require a critical review of the current projects proposals marketing and business plan. The strategy could include investment in new facilities and staff and even new premises.
